Superintendent's Annual Goals

  • Under Massachusetts regulations, superintendent's are evaluated annually by the school committee.  Each year, school superintendent's must identify annual goals in the following areas:
    • Professional Practice Goal
    • Student Learning Goal
    • District Improvement Goal
While these goals are not all inclusive of all the work that the district undertakes during a given school year, they help inform areas of focus for purposes of the annual evaluation.
